.We flew into Seattle through St. Louis, on Southwest airlines. A long day starting with an Uber from the house to the airport at 9am. A pre-rented car from Alamo got us to our AirBnB right near the airport.
We drove to dinner at a Hawaiian BBQ place and it was delicious.
Realizing we'd forgotten to bring razors, we found a WalMart and then went back home for bedtime.
In the morning (Saturday), we met Kenneth, Ken, Patsy, Pam, and Doreen at the Renaissance downtown to go on the Winery and Waterfall tour. Mark, the Tour bus driver picked us up and we picked up John, Kenya, Jim, and Donna to go to the Saint Michelle winery in Woodinville, WA. Several enjoyed the tasting (Earth, Wind, and Fire were playing there later that evening).
From there, it was off to Chandler's Ridge for another tasting and lunch from Purple.
After that, it was a long ride through the countryside of Carnation/Tolt to the Snoqualamie (Twin Peaks) falls... yawn.
From there it was a short bus ride to Baume Chocolates for a tour and samples... yummmm, and then back to Seattle where we ate dinner at Ivar's Fish Bar. Johnny and I walked back to the Parking garage where some lady had mistakenly put her debit card where the ticket should go and jammed the machine. Without an attendant there, we had to wait twenty minutes for one to show up and let us out.
In the morning, we dropped Johnny off with the luggage at Pier 66 and I set out for the Alamo return. After a twenty minute delay waiting for a train to pass, Google sent me to the wrong address. Finally I made it there and they shuttled me to the pier in time for Check-In.
On board, we met with the gang in The Local.
To our rooms, we found it tiny but the shower was roomier than most. My luggage arrived first so I got it put away before Johnny's arrived. No drawers and twenty hangars later, we were set.
Dinner that night was at Cagney's and the rest of that evening was spent on the start of the scavenger hunt.
The next day (Monday) started with Trivia, a fueling and protien while watching the endless, gray ocean out of the Observation Area windows.
The Saga continues...

Alaska Criuse, 9-22-19
04-14-19
Things are pretty much the same; India is still in jail with no court date. Chl graduated high school on her own (no GED). Got a job on her own cleaning hotel rooms in Locust Grove. Since getting that job, she has gotten an upgrade to a better hotel and position. We took her and Kaitlyn to Logan's Steakhouse for Chl's birthday. Things seem to be going well for her. She said her mom might get a hearing in May of 2019... we'll see.
Update in January 2020, Ind tried for a move to drug program under the same judge... he'd had enough of her lies and sent her to Alto State prison for 2 years to finish out her sentence.

More of the same...9-12-18
We'll, India's back in jail... shocker! Was driving her mom's car she got pulled for erratic driving. Later, she finds herself charged with Failure to Maintain Lane, Possession of Schedule I, II, III, IV drugs, Possession of Dangerous Drugs, Possession with Intent to Distribute, Willful Obstruction of a Police Officer, and Habitual Violator. Whew!
According to Chloe, she was with the guy she bailed out, got pulled over after a wreck in which she had broken her legs, the guy bailed and left her in the car. She went to Henry General Hospital, then to home and then jail.
I went to the Jail to witness her appearance in court, she was in shackles and a boot; she saw me in the courtroom since I was about the only one there, I didn't look at her at all during the hearing. She was bound over to 2019 for her trial.

Bail Bondsman
It's been a while, Johnny has been busy settling the estate; the two at 195 Winston have gotten a large share of their money and we've heard precious little from them except for the occasional threat from India to throw Chloe out of "her" house.
Well...
On the way back from our Cuba Cruise, dropping mom off in Ashburn to stay with Aunt Mary for a week, we pull in to Fresh Air Barbecue for dinner. Johnny gets a call from an unrecognized number, he answers; "Hi Mr. Adamson, this is Xxxxxx from Xxxxxx Bail Bonding Service. India Smith left your number as an alternate contact. We've been trying to contact her regarding bond she put up for Xxxxxx and we can't get a response from the number she left." Long story short... India put up the title for 195 Winston (which she doesn't own) up to support the $17,500 bond for "... a friend of a friend..." and now they can't find her.
They are a little worried because the guy they bonded out "... is a little dangerous...". Johnny calls Chloe and she says that her mom is there at home passed out on the couch. Johnny gives Chloe the message from the bail bondsman and tells her to tell India to call them.
Chloe tells Johnny several days later that her mom told her that the house is in her (India's) name now and she has to be out by July 1st. Also, the guy India bonded out is living there (as India's boyfriend) at the house.

Suspiciously quiet at Winston...
We drove by the house the day before yesterday and the trash can was out by the street; today it was nowhere in sight. The roof still has the blue tarp on it. The front bedroom window still is busted. The place looks halfway like crap. Still no word from Ind or Ch.

7/11/16 - Emptying 4 Lindsey
Johnny and I hooked a trailer to his van and I drove my car. Johnny and I had a load from the garage on the trailer by 10am when India, Chloe, and Haley showed up. We finished securing the load and left them to work on the contents of the garage and the attic so it would be ready to load when we got back. We told India that we would unload the contents at the house at Winston and would cover it in case it rained. They would need to get it into the garage if they wanted and sort through what India wanted to keep and what she wanted to dispose of.
When we unloaded and returned, they had some items loaded in Haley's car and some ready to load. We got that onto the trailer by 1:30pm and told them that they needed to be at 4 Lindsey at 9:30 on Tuesday (tomorrow) to finish the garage. We unloaded that load at Winston and went to eat at Chic-Fil-A. We went back to Winston and helped Chloe and Haley move items into the garage.
7/12/16
At 9:00, Chloe said she hadn't heard from her mother. Johnny texted India and didn't hear back from her until 10:00. Johnny contacted a friend who told him that he needed to fill out forms to administrate the estate for India since she hadn't done it herself. We went to the Probate office and picked up the forms. Johnny texted India and told her that we wouldn't be working on the house today; we'd start back again on Monday.

12-21-13
Peg called about 7am and wanted $100 to buy Christmas gifts. Was told "no"! Many nasty calls later, she said Dad had had a stroke. Jy, who was on the way to a funeral, called the rest home and asked if Dad had had a stroke. They said no, but he had been weak and wouldn't get up to eat. Jy and J went to the home to find Peg sitting in the chair and Dad in the bed. Jy had asked most of the nurses, including one Peg had initially said told her that he had had a stroke... they all said no. {Insert lots of fighting words here}. Jy and J got Dad dressed and ordered a wheelchair to take Dad to the hospital for a checkup. They got him to Jy's van, Peg asked if Jy wanted her to drive her car there, he said yes. Jy and J and the nurse finally get Dad situated in the van and Peg says "You won't even let me ride with my own father!" and threw a cup of soda on the van. We got to the hospital around 10:30am, Peg cooed and stroked all over Dad in the Emergency room. Asked for more money, pitched a fit and left at 11am... Right on time. She's only good for about 30 minutes of show. She made it out to her car to drink her coke, smoke a cigarrette and drive away. Jy has been at the hospital with Dad for 4 and a half hours now. The Dr.s say no signs of stroke. Peg is still missing, go figure; she really cares about (say the following with the pathetic baby voice) "her Daddy.".
